Our Story
About Team St Pete Charities
Team St Pete Charities, Inc. was founded by a group of dedicated St. Petersburg Police Department officers in the aftermath of the tragic line-of-duty deaths of three fellow officers. What began as a small group riding in the 2012 Law Enforcement United “Road to Hope”—a 250-mile, three-day charity bicycle ride—has grown into a mission-driven organization committed to honoring fallen officers and supporting the law enforcement community.
Today, Team St Pete Charities is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through generous donations and community support, we have hosted numerous fundraisers and provided assistance to officers and their families during times of hardship, tragedy, or unexpected need.
We remain deeply connected to our roots and continue to sponsor and send officers to participate in the annual Law Enforcement United events. Every mile ridden and every dollar raised helps us uphold our mission: to remember the fallen, support the survivors, and stand with those who serve.
